• BHFO RETURN POLICY
  •  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order leaving our warehouse. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, minus all shipping costs. Please note, a returns shipping charge of $10.99 will be deducted from your refund per prepaid shipping label used.

  • Swimwear, intimate bottoms, health, beauty, fragrance, perishables, and products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
  •  
  • All products must be returned in a new and unused condition. Items returned without the original security tag will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any return if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original state. Alternatively, we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund accordingly.

  • For example, we may apply a reduction in the following circumstances:
  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed
  • the designer tag attached to the product(s) have been tampered with, removed or not returned

  • SHOP NOW EXCHANGES
  • We now offer the ability to exchange for a new item when making a return. You have 30 days from the ship date to initiate a 'Shop Now' exchange. If your return value exceeds $30, the return label will be free. For returns under $30, the return label will cost $8.99 rather than the standard $10.99. All items must have tags attached and be in good condition. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. Your “new” exchange order is only placed once the returned item is scanned by shipping provider. This must be completed within the 7-day return label window, and we recommend doing so as soon as possible to ensure the item does not sell out.

  • LATE RETURNS
  • Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of the order leaving our warehouse. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of BHFO and may only be refunded as store credit.

  • REPEAT RETURNS
  • We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your online shopping experience. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers. Frequent returns may be flagged and could, at our discretion, result in the closure of your account or the refusal of future orders.

  • FINAL SALE POLICY
  • The following categories of items cannot be returned:
  • Swimwear
  • Intimate bottoms
  • Health,
  • Beauty,
  • Fragrance,
  • Perishables, and
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

  • All "Final Sale" items returned without approval will be restocked, and no refund will be issued.

 

  • ALTERNATE RETURN METHODS
  • To ensure your return is protected, please use our prepaid labels and send the item back from the same destination it was delivered to. Please note that we cannot accept liability for goods not returned through our shipping partners.

  • If you choose to return your purchase from a different location or use a different courier:
  • Your refund may be delayed due to shipping delays.
  • We cannot issue a refund if your purchase is not returned to the original location.

 

  • Due to the nature of our business, the original manufacturer will not honor its Limited Warranty for products sold on BHFO.

Domestic buyers

To request a domestic order refund:

Step 1

Start a return

CLICK HERE to start a return. You may enter your Order ID # and Shipping Zip Code, or enter the email address associated with your order.

Step 2

Select items

Next, choose which item(s) you would like to return and select the reason you are returning the item(s).

Step 3

Complete the return

If everything looks correct in the return summary, you may complete the return.

Step 4

Print prepaid label

Download and print your USPS prepaid label and drop off at your nearest USPS location. Click here to find a USPS location near you.

Step 5

Get refund

You will receive a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being delivered to our warehouse.

Please note

Once we receive the return item(s) back to our warehouse and validate the return reason, we will refund the pre-paid return label cost for ‘Item is damaged’ and ‘Received wrong item’ return reasons.

All "Final Sale" items returned without approval will be restocked without a refund.

Foreign buyers

To request an international order refund:

Step 1

Print form

Print a "Returns Authorization Form" from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be filled out completely and included in your return package within 30 days of leaving our warehouse.

Step 2

Pack items

In your return package, include the Returns Authorization Form and the item you are returning in its original, unused condition with original tags, packaging and protective liner intact (if applicable). We are unable to accept items with signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.

Step 3

Mail pack

Mail your return to the address below. We will process your return within 10 business days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price less shipping costs. Mail your return to:
