A Note from Our Founders
In 2003, we started BHFO on eBay in the basement of our Cedar Rapids, Iowa, home. Having a business and retail background, we had a vision of building a successful brand where we could use our entrepreneurial skills. After achieving almost 3.5 million positive reviews on eBay, we decided to branch out and sell on additional platforms.
BHFO grew rapidly as we continued to partner with new brands and expand across global marketplaces. Many years and three moves (to accommodate our growth) later, we call a 240,000 sq. ft. facility in Cedar Rapids our home.

If you are wondering where BHFO got its name, the B and H are our daughter’s initials and F and O stand for Factory Outlet. Thanks to our start on eBay, we’re one of the largest and most trusted outlets of designer clothing, shoes, and accessories online.
